“Colors brings out people’s natural strengths, whatever age, culture or gender.  Understanding Colors helps us to understand ourselves and get along with each other. It helps with decision making, sorts out conflicts, builds cooperation and productivity. It’s positive. It’s even fun!”

“We still talk ‘Colors’. I think it helps in knowing a co-workers ‘Color’ so that we can appreciate the differences that each brings to the work environment. When we understand why each person acts or does what they do as part of their personality, it allows us to accept the person as they are. Instead of trying to change them, maybe change our style of communication with the person or better suit their job tasks to their strengths.

The ‘Colors’ trainings really had an impact in our department. By learning to recognize each others strengths, we began to appreciate our differences and what each brought to the workplace. I believe this training helped our teamwork environment. It brought an intimacy and appreciation of each other to our group that did not exist before.”
